I consider myself as walking though I have an appointment only when I called to check availability. I was immediatelytaken cared off by the receptionist. I came to have one tooth pulled & I was out in less than an hour. I would like to thank my dentist for easy handling the extraction. As I arrived home, no pain, no medication, was able to eat dinner.

The first thing noticed walking into Absolute Denial @ Charleston/Bruce was the clean waiting area and all the people waiting for service. The Staff at front were quick to understand my business there and register me into the que. Once the office opened @ 8am people started moving quickly as more arrived. My wait wasn't long, at no time felt crowded or uncomfortable. Staff kept me updated, helped get my paperwork correct and as needed. I had an insurance date mixup and the staff resolved this quickly and visit continued. Much Appreciated ! Once called back the tech informed me of the basic outline of what I could expect. Helping me relax and settle in comfortably. I was very delighted with doctors appearance and professionalism. He examined and then explained what and how long the procedure would take, left me feeling at ease, you see i was at Absolute Dental to have my teeth pulled for a denture, 19 I believe. After a brief wait the Dr. Returned made sure of my comfort and said let's begin. Shortly after I was being helped to a wheelchair and was told I was done. How smoothly I thought. Felt nothing during and subsequently after the whole visit. I was helped to my ride and continued home to heal .I gave Absolute Dental five stars because it truly was a five star experience start to finish. I thank Dr S. And his staff for such an uneventful experience and professional service. Thank You P.graham

-- I scheduled my anual appointment to have my teeth cleaned and checked for cavities. Lady dentist checked for cavities, then wanted $1,565.70 to clean my teeth. I DECLINED the service, because the price was CRAZY .... but she was really good at fixing cavities.
