I had an issue with the owner in the Plainfield location after he attempted to bully me into purchasing additional insurance that I declined numerous times. I called corporate, filed a complaint and was referred to the Perth Amboy location and referred to Ellis, the owner/store manager. This was the best thing that could’ve happened. He was very polite, courteous, and patient while he transferred all my info from the other location and even scheduled a pickup from Plainfield.. He kept in touch w/me and I had the furniture in less than a week. If you’re in the Plainfield area don’t choose that location out of convenience. Choose Ellis and the Perth Amboy location!!!

If u could gv zero stars i would .. this place is a rip off. And they will lie and manipulate at the drop of a dime . They dont care if ur on time paying and they dont give you the run around when something gets broken il never deal with them everrrrr again . A dryer and washer were the biggest mistake i could hv ever gotten frok this place

If I could put 0 stars I would have. Products are poor quality, customer service is disgusting, especially the manager of this store, and the entire "Rent to own" is the biggest scam anyone could fall for. I wouldn't be surprised if the company goes bust in a couple of years.

I will tell you this stay far far far away from this company do not I repeat do not buy anything from Aaron's when i purchased my furniture i told them do to the fact my rent amd all bills is due same date i received the couch i will pay them every 23rd of the month and every 15th of the month which was originally the due day the stalk you down and start calling your references from the next day of your due date when they have a late fee charge if your late but the still harass you down until you pay even if your late 2 days and paying the late fee charge so I advice you to go elsewhere because you can be on your death bed and they don't care they will stalk you down for $100

I had been a customer for over years just moved into a new place and for the last 2 weeks have been trying to get a bedroom set, still have yet to talk with a manager so I will purchase the set from somewhere else.
