I've been taking my son here for years. Jessica at the front office is extremely helpful and friendly. And hands down, Jana the dental assistant is the BEST! My son has a horrible gag reflex so even taking x-rays is very difficult for him, and the one who has handled him the best and made his experience positive is Jana...we love her. In fact if I tell my son that I've scheduled the appointment when she's working he actually gets excited to go to the dentist.

They only guarantee their work from 1-6 months. Trying to explain to them that yours should have been covered because it was a larger type of work which they had to change didn’t matter either. My 5 year old had to get what was called a mini root canal they did it fine but her tooth ended up being too small for a crown so they just made it a bit composite filling. All fine. What’s not fine is when the filling pops out 5 months later and they refuse to fix it because it’s policy.. I talked to two different people who were passing on a message from their finance department who makes the final decision. Did anyone from that department bother to call me or talk to me? Nope. Very unprofessional and won’t stand by their work. Most dentists will cover their work for at least 2 years. The dentist and assistant were also shocked when they found out they wouldn’t cover it.Went to another dentist in South Jordan and they ended up pulling the tooth due to infection underneath which a kids place people didn’t even say anything about. Also they aren’t near as kid friendly as they claim. Front space is but once you get back there they can’t even get a good X-ray if your child has a small/regular child size mouth. Overall skip this one and go somewhere who stands by their work.Update, Its now been 6 months I have been trying to work with this company, who conveniently have changed to Burg Dentistry and Orthodontics the person I was in contact with is probably ignoring me, I will most likely be pursuing legal action to get the $500.00 back that I paid for terrible work and miscommunication.
