I have never visited a better dentist practice than Nova dentist. Coming from someone who gets anxious at the dentist, I felt completely at ease with the physicians and staff because they are so warm and inviting.Doctor Abduljalal assisted me in extracting my four wisdom teeth. He also showed me my x-ray on the TV in front of me, pointing out the four teeth and how they are positioned sideways beneath my gums. He explained to me why we had to extract them so my teeth wouldn't move. He did a fantastic job at making me feel at ease and continuously checked on me to make sure I wasn't in any pain. They answer all of your questions, are very patient with their patients, and explain what they will do before touching your teeth on a document that shows the teeth and indicates which tooth they will work on. I heartily suggest them!

My mother has been a loyal patient since this office opened back in 2021. She has recommended them to everyone who asks her about a dentist. She had an appointment recently that they decided to cancel on her last minute bc they decided they will not be accepting her insurance anymore. The busier they got the worst their quality of care became. This is the last straw. When you give up loyal patients for the convenience of insurance paperwork, you don’t deserve loyal patients. They referred her to another facility since they canceled last minute and had her wait over 4 hours somewhere else because they couldn’t be competent enough to send in all her files. Convenience to them is key but convenience to the patient isn’t a priority.

Today was my first Time here doing 4 fillings I was really nervous because My biggest fear is dentist! I walked in really nervous. I almost tried to cancel my appointment Doctor hajjaj is who worked on my teeth And made sure it was a very smooth process was not painful at all, which I really appreciate! Scheduled my next appointment for a cleaning! Very excited to get my teeth back on track. Thanks a lot

Very clean and professional establishment. They're quick with answering phone calls, getting back to you, scheduling/rescheduling and they're very accommodating to your needs. I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and I was overthinking it so I was way too nervous in the beginning. Dr. Fayrouz did a great job being super kind, talking me through it, and being very patient in order to work at my pace. Thank you!
