1st Family Dental-Little Village Reviews
Ive have never left a bad review in my life however I dont know who to go to, to express my concerns regarding Dr” Sara Bañuelos ive have never in my life had such bad experience ive seen her before and at first i thought she may be having a bad day so I gave her another chance and on this 3rd appointment ive come to realize shes just not a good "Dr" she makes people feel judge and likes to be-little people This time I came in with my daughter she was having and panic attack from the injection so I tried to make her feel safe and comfortable 30 mins pass by and the dr assistant came in to tell me " just to let you know when the dr gets back in here you need to step out" i said sorry but I'm not living my child alone she's not feeling well and she said " take it up with the Dr " and she just walked away another 30 mins pass by and the dr comes into the room with her back turned at me reaching for a glove no eye contact so I ask her "so will I be able to stay here with her? " and the first thing that comes out her mouth with a loud tone and bad temper is " ill do the talling here" while pointing her finger at me. I right away told her "do not speak to me like a child" she started getting louder and saying "ill do the talking and kept trying to shut me up when all I did is ask her a simple yes or no question it seems as if she always wants to have the last word her ego was very high ive been coming to this office for over 10 years never had problems with any of the male Dr's in the office this is the first time in my life I experience such bad service. And off topic they also need to have better cleaning there was dry blood on the chair my daughter was sitting on everything should be wiped after every consultation.
