As a parent, one of the most important things I’ve learned over the years is that the food my child eats plays a crucial role in their dental health. While brushing and flossing are vital, nutrition is just as essential in maintaining healthy teeth and gums. From preventing cavities to strengthening enamel, the right diet can provide long-term benefits for your child's smile.
